1. The cause of aging, sickness and disease...The Free Radical Theory.
The Cause of AGING, SICKNESS & DISEASE? The FREE RADICAL THEORY.
A toxin destroys the electrons of an atom, turning it into a free radical.
These free radicals spin out of control and multiply causing sickness and disease.

Free radicals collide with healthy cells destroying YOUR good health.
|
Healthy cells are comprised of atoms. These atoms have a balanced number of electrons spinning around them, which keeps them stable, like a spinning top. When atoms of a healthy cell come in contact with toxins they lose an electron and become an unbalanced freed radical. Free radicals spin wildly out of control like a crazed Tasmanian devil. THEY SMASH INTO, ALTER & DESTROY HEALTHY CELLS, creating more free radicals that do the same thing. This chain reaction process is called oxidation, and it must be stopped before it overwhelms the body

Damaged/ mutated cells replicate
|
Free Radicals colliding with a cell's DNA can CAUSE A DNA DISRUPTION OR MUTATION. When cellular DNA gets damaged it may replicate creating another damaged or mutated cell. Though there are a number of different cancers, they all involve the ABNORMAL GROWTH & REPLICATION OF UNHEALTHY CELLS. That is why there is such a strong suspected link between free radical damage and cancers.

Heart Disease: The Free Radical Theory
Fat flowing through artery.
Free

it sticky.
The strong suspected link between free radicals and heart disease is a result of 2 things. First, as fats flow through the artery they are attacked by free radicals. This makes the fat sticky. It adheres to the arterial wall and collects more free radical damaged fat. This narrows the artery, reducing circulation and setting the stage for a HEART ATTACK or STROKE! Secondly, free radicals damage the flexible cells that line the arteries. This type of cell membrane damage creates less flexible cells, causing a HARDENING AND THICKENING OF THE ARTERIAL WALL, known as atherosclerosis.
